The core of my work is outwardly focused as I build automation tools and manage software that other employees use. I try to be aware of how people like to use the software and what expectations they have. Taking the time to be mindful of the specific needs and thinking of other employees helps me to make positive changes and avoid modifications to the tools that would hinder use. I enjoy knowing that I can have a positive impact on the amount of work someone can accomplish, the speed that they can get things done, and the reduction to their workload they experience from automated tools.
Over the last nine years, Wavetronix has enabled my development as a strategist and a leader in ways I couldn’t have imagined before coming here. The focus on helping each employee learn new frameworks and shift our mindsets to accelerate our growth as a company is refreshing and exciting.
