Return Merchandise Authorization

Do you need to return a device to Wavetronix? If it is a sensor, please troubleshoot the following items before calling to request an RMA:

If you are still having problems, please follow this procedure:

  1. Call Wavetronix Technical Support at (801) 764-0277 and choose option #5. A Technical Support Representative will ask a series of questions to determine if the product needs to be returned or not. If it does, the Technical Support rep will issue an RMA number.
  2. Download an RMA form here.
  3. Fill out the RMA form and submit the product. The completed form must be included inside the shipping container.
  4. Make sure the RMA number issued to you is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping container.

By using the Wavetronix RMA service you agree to the following terms: If any item returned is not under warranty, you are fully responsible for any charges necessary to repair or replace that item. (Wavetronix will provide you with a quote for needed repairs, for your approval, before proceeding with the repairs.) You will be charged a $200 fee for items returned without first troubleshooting with Wavetronix Technical Support, even if they are under warranty.
