WavetronixLINDON, Utah—June 22, 2006—The Wavetronix Click! product line has announced several new products, as well as new applications that are currently available as part of the Wavetronix Certified Systems series.
The Click! team has recently released three new communication devices: the Click! 400 900 MHz radio; the Click! 401 WiFi module; and the Click! 403 Bluetooth module. Each product can be purchased in one of three formats: as a DIN rail-mounted module; as an input file card; or on a 170 Controller modem board adapter.
Click! products are also making in-roads as part of Wavetronix Certified Systems. The Wavetronix Arterial Monitoring System incorporates Click! products with SmartSensor and CMD products and is used to monitor service levels and provide automated data collection for timing planning software. It is also used to interface with traveler information systems. Wavetronix has also unveiled a Wrong Way Detection System, which uses SmartSensor Advance to detect vehicles traveling in the wrong direction. Detections are delivered through a Click! 100 contact closure device to a Flasher Controller which warns drivers of their mistake.
