Wavetronix Introduces New Management Team

LINDON, Utah—February 13, 2006—Wavetronix LLC, the world leader in patented Digital Wave Radar™ traffic sensors, announces it has expanded its executive management team, effective February 1, 2006. The following changes will allow the company to manage growth as it continues to increase its presence in the intelligent transportation industry.

David Arnold, who founded Wavetronix in 2000, will continue to serve as the company's president and CEO, as well as Product Manager of the SmartSensor™ line. Joining him on the management team:

Brian Hagen as Executive Vice-president and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hagen has more than 20 years' experience in the management and marketing of advanced technology products. He also serves as the product manager for the Wavetronix Command™ line of data management applications.

Logan Harris as Chief Technology Officer and Product Manager for the Click!™ line. Mr. Harris has more than 13 years' experience in advanced technology product development. He has a master's degree in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in electro-magnetics. He previously served as the Director of Engineering at Wavetronix.

Bryan Jarrett as Vice-president of Engineering. Mr. Jarrett joined the Wavetronix engineering team in April 2001 and most recently worked as Assistant Director of Engineering. He holds a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Brigham Young University, and a master's in business administration from the University of Arizona. He also serves as co-product manager of the SmartSensor line.

Michael Rose as Vice-president of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Rose joined Wavetronix in spring of 2001. As director of sales and marketing, he was instrumental in creating Wavetronix' extensive dealer network and he continues to develop new market opportunities. He has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Utah, and more than 15 years' experience in managed channel sales and program marketing.

Tom Nelson as Director of Technical Services. Mr. Nelson has been with Wavetronix since October of 2002 and previously served as the company's western region sales manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Brigham Young University and was previously employed as the Director of Information Technology at Ilumin Corporation.

Don Christensen as Director of Quality Systems and Production Manager. Mr. Christensen earned a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Colorado and worked for Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communications and Western Electronics before joining Wavetronix. He oversees the company's manufacturing operations and is responsible for the implementation of ISO compliant quality systems.

Merrilee Clark will continue in her position as Controller, supervising all accounting and human resource functions at Wavetronix. Ms. Clark is a licensed CPA with a master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. Before joining Wavetronix, she worked for other technology-based companies, including ExpressWare and the Canopy Group.

The Wavetronix management team also includes John Wasden, who will serve as the Vice-president for Government Relations.
