Wavetronix
John R. Wasden is a member of the Wavetronix Board of Directors and serves as the Vice-president of Government Relations. In this position, Mr. Wasden directs the development of new legislative initiatives; last year, he led the successful effort to rewrite the ITIP provisions found in the federal SAFETEA-LU transportation spending legislation. Mr. Wasden previously served as Wavetronix’ Vice-president of Operations. Prior to joining Wavetronix, he founded Western Electronics, which he ran for over twenty years, and was the founding member and initial employee of Stellar Technologies, a private investment venture.
